Alexandra was accommodating from the first conversation we had with her. We explained that our daughter has food/dog/and environmental allergies. Prior to our arrival Alexandra called and advised us she washed our daughters sheets and towels in baking soda (something new to us). No breakouts or any adverse reactions the whole stay. Light filled rooms, pure linens and a scrubbed clean atmosphere are dotted with vintage objects alongside all the modern conveniences. Alexandra is as attentive or retiring a hostess as you need her to be and a wealth of recommendations for local restaurants and services. Walking distance from a charming neighbourhood beach and a short drive from the beaches of McArthur State Park, or the elegance of nearby Palm Beach, the home is a great hub for holiday or business in the area.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great host, beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, perfect getaway location. Nearby park that Alexandra recommended is truly a gem. Only residents of the subdivision seem to know about it's nice little beach, and gorgeous views, and it is within easy walking distance. I've stayed in condos/homes from Stuart to Singer Island, and this was my best experience yet. Highly recommend this home!

House Rules

Age 25+ to book; government ID required
Registered guests only — no unregistered overnight guests.
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
No smoking or vaping on the property.
No pets due to allergies.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM
Maximum 3 cars; no boats or RVs
No shoes indoors (indoor slippers are welcome).
Reservations exceeding 3 weeks require a mid-stay cleaning.
Pool Heating: Available for an additional fee. Must be arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy is Strict. Cancel within 60 days and get a full refund.

Storm Policy

Hurricane season is from June 1- November 30th. No refunds given unless Government agency issues mandatory evacuation. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception Act of God, fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) payment is made. In the event of loss of power and or internet, or any other, “out of our control” event due to storms will be no granted refunds. Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance whenever possible during these times.
