Are you 100% comfortable with our house rules for your stay?

- Booking guest submits gov ID
- No unregistered overnight visitors
- No unauthorized parties, gatherings, filming/photoshoots
- No smoking or vaping on entire property
- No pets due to allergies
- Security deposit credit card authorization required
- Mid stay clean for bookings over three weeks
- No shoes in the house (slippers ok)
- Upgrade for pool heat
- Maximum 3 cars, park in driveway or in front of house
- No boat or RV parking as per village rules
- Respect quiet hours 10pm-8am, no loud music
Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy is Strict. Cancel within 60 days and get a full refund.
Storm Policy
Hurricane season is from June 1- November 30th. No refunds given unless Government agency issues mandatory evacuation. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception Act of God, fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) payment is made. In the event of loss of power and or internet, or any other, “out of our control” event due to storms will be no granted refunds. Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance whenever possible during these times.
