House Rules

• Age 25+ to book
• All adult guests must be registered and provide government ID in advance of arrival to Alexandra the host.
• No unregistered overnight visitors or guests on the property.
• No unauthorized parties, gatherings, filming/photoshoots allowed -ask about our event/filming rates
• Maximum number of guests based on your booked reservation number
• No smoking, vaping or drug
• Due to allergies we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
• Security deposit credit card authorization form.
• All bookings over two weeks must sign a lease, have weekly or midstay cleanings at guests expense.
• Please no shoes in the house
• Refrain from bringing sand into the pool, washer, and dryer to avoid $100 fee
• Ask about an upgrade for pool heat
• 3 cars maximum are allowed
• Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the house
• No boat or RV parking as mandated by the village
• Respect the neighborhood quiet hours 10pm-8am. No loud music.

Reservation Policy is Strict. Cancel within 60 days and get a full refund.

~ Hurricane season is from June 1- November 30th. No refunds given unless Government agency issues mandatory evacuation. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception Act of God, fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) payment is made. In the event of loss of power and or internet, or any other, “out of our control” event due to storms will be no granted refunds. Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance whenever possible during these times.

~ Florida is home to geckos, bugs, insects, iguanas, snakes, and many creatures that you may see on the property
